The Tymes' Bio: The Tymes are an American soul vocal group, who enjoyed equal success in Britain. They were formed as The Latineers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1956 by Donald Banks, Albert Berry, Norman Burnett, and George Hilliard.
