Jesse James' Bio: Jesse James doesn't exactly look like the stereotypical business man, and the truth is, he isn't. In 1992, James opened West Coast Choppers in a tiny garage. Some may have wondered what James was doing considering, at the time, he was a bodyguard for bands like Danzig and Slayer, however the company began to grow quickly and soon couldn't be contained by that garage. The WCC is now one of the largest and well respected custom motorcycle companies in the US.

James has been influenced by the motorcycle business from a very young age. Growing up, his father owned an antique business that shared a warehouse with a Harley Davidson dealership. He began riding bikes at age 7 when he received his first mini-bike and the passion was ignited. He made his first motorcycle exhaust system in his freshman year of high school and due to his high standards and the crude design of his first piece, he threw it away.

The business would continue to grow and in 2000, the Discovery Channel made a documentary featuring James' everyday life called "Motorcycle Mania". Thanks to the success of the documentary, the Discovery Channel offered him a job hosting a new show called "Monster Garage". He has also appeared or starred on shows such as "Sons of Guns", "Celebrity Apprentice", and "Jesse James is a Dead Man".

In 2010, James left the custom chopper business and shut down West Coast Choppers. He was sited as saying that there is no money in custom bikes and that the company was losing money on each bike.
