Earth Wind and Fire's Bio: Earth, Wind & Fire is American's premiere R&B pop band formed in 1969 by Maurice White. Since then EWF has amassed six Grammy Awards and four American Music Awards; and has been inducted into both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Vocal Group Hall of Fame.

Year after year, tour after tour, concert venues worldwide are packed with fans who converge upon Earth, Wind & Fire shows.
